Easter 2005 at St. John's Back

On Sunday 27th March 2005 St. John's had a capacity congregation for the Easter Day Celebration. This year 5 young people who have been attending the weekly childrens' group were welcomed to their first communion. During the service, the choir sang "You're Alive, You're Alive", and at the end a giant Easter Egg was ceremonial smashed open. The service ended with refreshments provided by the families of the new communicants.
