Our Harvest celebrations this year began with a cream tea followed by "Songs of "Praise", when members of the congregation could identify a favourite hymn for singing, in return for a donation to our Harvest charity - supporting those who are forced to live in the garbage pit of Cairo. So many hymns were selected that it was necessary to limit ourselves to the first and last verse only. The afternoon raised €204.

After the service, we were treated to a spectacular thunderstorm over the bay and in the hills, as the angels clearly wanted to join in with us! |
