Paella  Party  Margery Farr will be holding her annual Paella Party, in aid of charity on Thursday 16th June. Everyone is very welcome please sign up on the list at the back of the church. Cost 15euros.

 

Mid Summer Treasure Hunt and Picnic. 

 Tuesday 28th June     Port Frejus   19.00

Stuart Reed is organizing a treasure hunt followed by a bring and share picnic on the beach in aid of the Centenary Appeal. 10 euros each, to include wine, soft drinks and bread. Stuart is a great organiser of quizzes so it promises to be an entertaining evening. Do plan to join in.

 

Curry party. Friday 29th July at Chris and Mary Cribb’s home in Lorgues. Swimming, boules and great food keep the date free. More details later.

Television

Tim Wood has a small television set he would like to sell in aid of the Centenary Appeal. If you are interested talk to Tim this morning.

 

Elizabeth Bone, an elderly woman, a long time member of this church, is being moved, quite suddenly, to a retirement nursing home at Cotingnac where she knows no one  Do you know anyone living in the area who could visit her?

 

Advertising St. John’s. Small posters are available at the back of the church, advertising St. John’s please take these and display them in places where Anglophones are likely to see them, Campsites, Hotels etc. Please note on the list provided where you will display them so that we know what areas have been covered.
